Your tasks:

• You analyze business processes and develop tailored solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with customers.
• You provide holistic support for projects – from requirements gathering and concept development to successful rollout.
• You advise clients on the digitalization and optimization of their processes and actively contribute new ideas.
• You translate technical requirements into understandable technical concepts and ensure smooth implementation.
• You work closely with developers, project teams and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible results.
• You ensure that projects are implemented to a high standard, on time and in accordance with the customer's wishes.

Your qualifications:

• You have completed vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification in the IT field.
• You have initial knowledge or in-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• You enjoy advising customers and explaining complex topics in an understandable way.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner.
• You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently, and have a good sense for customer needs.
• You have good German and English skills.
