Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to support business goals and improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom code to extend CRM functionality. Perform system integration activities, including data migration and connectivity with third-party applications. Conduct testing, debugging, and quality validation to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics features, industry trends, and platform improvements to recommend enhancements. Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to end users. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth CRM operations and continuous improvement. Contribute to innovative solution design and support the adoption of best practices across CRM implementations. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development and a solid understanding of enterprise application design, customization, and support. 6+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules, particularly Sales and Field Service. Proficiency in .NET and C# development for CRM customization and extensions. Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for front-end customization and enhanced user experiences. Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate flows is a plus. Experience with system integrations, data migration, and connecting CRM platforms with external applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. Ability to communicate effectively with end users, development teams, and support functions. Familiarity with SAP, CRM support processes, or first-level application support is an advantage. Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
