Description
Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions, including customization, integration, and deployment. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements. Design and develop custom components using JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools. Integrate D365 CE with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and Service Bus. Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git-based workflows. Perform technical code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments during the development, testing, and support phases. 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture. Strong development experience in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core. Proven expertise in customizing Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and Power Automate flows. Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience integrating with third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and custom connectors. In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Release Management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed team environment. Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules is a plus. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
