Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer
Employment Type: Contract 12 months possible extensions
Location: 100% Remote (CST Hours)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and best practices.
  • Proven experience with D365 Customer Engagement Admin center and configuration.
  • Familiarity with integrating with SumoLogic logging.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and deployment process.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to mentor developers learning the Microsoft Dynamics platform
