About the role: YAVICA is looking for an experienced and driven PMO Lead to shape and own how we deliver - globally. This is not a coordination role. It is a leadership role. Everything YAVICA does - how we deliver, and how we operate with clients after go-live - sits within our Client Engagement Framework (CEF). The CEF is YAVICA’s single framework for how we work: built on Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology and shaped by our deep real estate industry experience. It covers delivery methodology, client operations standards, support models, templates, guides, and practical tools. You will also be involved in the work with Microsoft on their Fast Track – Center of Excellence work, where we work closely together with Microsoft to ensure the success of our Clients. Your role is to develop, maintain, and evolve the standards, frameworks, and content within the CEF, and to work closely with those Directors to ensure what you build reflects the realities of their organisations and gets put to use. You will be the person who listens to and assist our organisation, our clients, and our partners - and translates that input into CEF content that actually works in practice. Your job is to keep the framework current, relevant, and used across the global organisation. The role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) and has global scope across all markets and delivery functions. It also works closely with the COO on how YAVICA operates internally - particularly around project reviews, health checks, and governance processes. Key responsibilities Proactively support project success across the portfolio by identifying delivery, capacity, financial, or governance risks early and initiating corrective actions before issues escalate. Own and continuously develop the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) - YAVICA’s single framework for how we deliver and operate, built on Microsoft’s Success by Design and shaped by our real estate experience, covering everything from delivery methodology to post go-live client operations. Collect and synthesise input from cross-functional teams, regional directors, clients, and partners to identify gaps, friction points, and improvement opportunities in how we work. Coordinate closely with cross functional groups in turning methodology into practice - these are the people who will make it work, and the PMO Lead’s job is to equip and align them, not work around them. Work closely with the Directors to ensure standards are understood, adopted, and implemented in their organisations - providing the content, tools, and support they need to make it happen. Build and maintain the governance framework for delivery and operations quality - covering project reviews, health checks, escalation paths, and lessons learned - working closely with the COO on how these processes are structured and operated internally. Lead the PMO function within Client Services, setting direction, priorities, and ways of working for the team. Identify where AI and automation can improve how we operate, and take an active role in shaping how YAVICA integrates these capabilities into our delivery model. Produce clear, actionable reporting on delivery health, methodology compliance, and improvement initiatives for senior leadership. Required skills Proven experience in a PMO leadership role within a professional services, consulting, or technology delivery organisation. Strong track record of owning and evolving delivery methodology - hands-on experience with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework is highly valued, as is the ability to adapt and extend it to fit YAVICA’s real estate context. Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to gather input from a wide range of voices, including clients, delivery teams, and senior leadership, and turn it into clear direction. Experience working across global or multi-market organisations, with the ability to drive consistency without losing local flexibility. Strong understanding of the full client engagement lifecycle - from onboarding and mobilisation through delivery and into long-term operations and support. Practical familiarity with AI tools and automation, and a genuine interest in how these will reshape delivery operations in the near term. Experience with ERP or enterprise software delivery contexts is a strong advantage - familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred. Strong communicator and facilitator, comfortable running workshops, presenting to leadership, and writing clear process documentation. Structured and analytical thinker, able to hold complexity and translate it into simple, actionable frameworks. Success means working closely with Directors that what is produced is something they actively want to use. At the same time, the standards set through the CEF are not optional - they come with management backing, and part of this role is ensuring that is understood and upheld. The successful candidate will not wait to see how this plays out - they will be actively shaping how YAVICA integrates it into our methodology and day-to-day operations. Build trust across the organisation. This role touches every part of delivery. Trust is built by being consistent, following through, and always making it clear that the PMO function exists to support delivery teams - not to add process for its own sake. Close the feedback loop. Input without action erodes credibility.
