JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to meet client business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (minimum 8–10 years).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Experience with one or more manufacturing methods: Discrete, Process, or Lean.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and lifecycle services (LCS). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant Associate or Expert certification preferred.

    Pay: $100,000.00 – $151,029.96 per year

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand client business processes and supply chain requirements.
  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 SCM modules including: Inventory and warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing, Product information management, Production control and Master planning
  • Lead or support full-cycle implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 SCM using Power Platform tools and integrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers.
  • Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications, training materials, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 SCM and related Microsoft technologies.
