.This description covers the kind of work we typically work with, across both functional and technical tracks and across levels from consultants deep in a specific module to architects leading complex, multi-geography transformations

.

What you'd be doi

• ngLeading or supporting end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement/CRM, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service), from requirements through go-liv
• e.Running fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into functional and technical specification
• s.Configuring core modules, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Field Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Project Operations to match client processe
• s.Managing data migration: mapping, cleansing, and validating data moving into the new environmen
• t.Designing integrations between Dynamics and other systems, using Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, or custom API
• s.Leading UAT, training end users, and producing clear functional and technical documentation. Providing post-go-live support and recommending improvements as the platform beds in. For more senior profiles: owning solution architecture, contributing to pre-sales and solutioning, and mentoring other consultant

What we're looking

• forHands-on experience with one or more Dynamics products, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or the legacy Dynamics AX / NAV platfor
• ms.On the functional side, strong knowledge of business processes in areas like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Project Operations, with hands-on configuration experien
• ce.On the technical side, comfort with X++, C#, .NET, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure DevOps, and integration tooling (Azure Logic Apps, Data Entities, ODat
• a).A track record across full project lifecycles, requirements through deployment and support, ideally on more than one implementati
• on.Familiarity with Microsoft's Success by Design (or Sure Step) methodology is a plus, as are relevant Microsoft certificatio
