Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5- 7 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including hands-on development and customization
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership or manager role, managing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale CRM implementations and integrations
  • Experience in delivering in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration using tools, including the XRM toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, and Solution Packager
  • Display experience of CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) and their functionalities.
  • Hands on coding skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and T-SQL
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, web services, and FetchXML.
  • Experience with CRM performance through indexing, caching, and query tunin
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The candidate will have a technical background in Dynamics CRM, and a demonstrated experience of managing development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and mentoring a team of on shore and offshore developers working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of customizations, integrations, and enhancements for the Dynamics CRM platform. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs
Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, features, and best practices. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
Packaging and deploy solutions across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using solution management best practices.
Establishing and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Conduct regular code review and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements
Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring high performance and professional growth
