Description
System Configuration & Setup: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel modules as per the approved Functional Design Document (FDD). Set up case management, queues, routing rules, SLAs, and channels (email, chat, voice, etc.) within Omnichannel. Design and develop custom components such as plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, web resources, and custom connectors based on the Technical Design Document (TDD). Build integrations with external systems using .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, and Azure Services (e.g., Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps). Develop and maintain reusable frameworks and best practices for D365 customizations. Implement data migration processes from legacy systems (e.g., SAP, custom CRMs, or other ERPs) into D365 using KingswaySoft, SSIS, Power Query, or other ETL tools. Ensure data integrity, mapping accuracy, and performance optimization during migration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments. Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including code walkthroughs, deployment guides, and support materials. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in D365 Customer Service and Omnichannel. Strong proficiency in Plugins, Web Resources, .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, and Azure Services. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse. Good understanding of security roles, business rules, workflows, and custom entities within D365. Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and API management. Experience in data migration and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Azure DevOps, Git). Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate. Experience with Omnichannel voice integration, bot frameworks, or AI-based customer service. Prior experience in enterprise-scale D365 implementations with global rollouts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
