• Design and develop solutions within the Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including custom plugins, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Customise and configure D365 modules to meet business needs and processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 modules and other systems using Azure services, Power Platform, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools
• Support SharePoint-based document management and collaboration solutions tied to D365 workflows.
• Utilise Azure LogicApps, Azure Functions and Azure DevOps for solution integration, automation and deployment.
• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for customisations, integrations and configurations.
• Keep up to date with D365, SharePoint, Azure product updates, features and best practice.
• Ensure system stability, security and performance.
