Müller's Solutions is in search of a skilled Microsoft Dynamics ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and facilitate the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Your expertise will ensure that systems are aligned with business processes, leading to improved efficiency and agility for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements and processes. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet client-specific needs. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements. Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption and understanding of the ERP system. Support system testing and validation to ensure solutions function optimally within the business context. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users post-implementation. Stay current with updates and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to offer informed advice and innovative solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, specifically in functional consultancy roles. Proven expertise in at least one of the modules within Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, or Production). Strong understanding of business process mapping and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific challenges. Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and engage stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
