Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include: Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM initiatives with business and operational strategies through executive-level engagements. Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM projects, managing the full program lifecycle—including estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management, and post-go-live (hypercare) support. Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, uphold high standards of quality, and leverage firm methodologies and technologies to ensure successful project delivery. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM solutions—including modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Marketing—while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Represent PwC as a thought leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 at industry conferences and events, and drive successful user adoption through change management and effective training strategies. Oversee data migration, security, and compliance activities, embedding best practices to achieve regulatory and operational excellence within Dynamics 365 environments. Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. Your Profile You have 7-10+ years’ experience in scoping, selling and implementing Microsoft ERP or CRM suite. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certified. You have strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Microsoft ERP or CRM platform Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
