OVERVIEW

Improvix Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to support the Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM). This role is fully remote and requires an active Secret clearance or higher.
The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform applications to support PRM’s mission of humanitarian assistance, refugee resettlement, and international migration policy.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), along with a strong background in low-code/no-code solutions, automation, and cloud security best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration, workflows, and customization.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with federal security compliance standards (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications (PL-100, PL-400, MB-600).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Common Data Service (CDS), Power Virtual Agents, and AI-driven automation.
• Prior experience in federal IT development, particularly with DOS or USAID.
• Experience with data migration, Power Query, and advanced reporting in Power BI.
