Microsoft Dynamics Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on Dynamics 365 applications and related technologies. The ideal candidate will design and deliver customized training programs for end-users, administrators, and technical teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Business Central).
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences, from functional users to technical teams.
• Provide guidance on certification pathways and exam preparation.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 (preferred).
