We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Microsoft Enterprise IT Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments to lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our IT systems. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring our Microsoft infrastructure is secure, efficient, available, and aligned with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong background in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and system migrations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft-based cybersecurity principles and tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure and service-related issues.
  • Effective communicator with ability to interact across all levels of technical and non-technical users.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft Certifications (preferred):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain both on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD, including identity management, group policies, and secure configurations.
  • Oversee administration and optimisation of the Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments, including virtualisation and file services.
  • Implement and manage robust security protocols using MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Entra.
  • Utilise Intune for mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM).
  • Ensure timely deployment of patches, updates, and system recovery protocols.
  • Drive cloud migration and hybrid integration projects.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Maintain and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and compliance processes (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
  • Collaborate across IT and business units to implement and improve Microsoft-driven technology solutions.
