What is this role all about?
As a Microsoft Entra ID Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access solutions that leverage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Your expertise will help enhance secure access to applications, improve user experiences, and support the organization’s identity governance strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions align with business goals.

• Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions in medium to large-scale environments
• Strong knowledge of implementing Conditional Access Policies to control access based on risk levels, device compliance, and user conditions
• Experience with Identity Governance solutions to enforce policies around access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlements management
• Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, including automated provisioning and de-provisioning, user role management, and handling user access requests throughout their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Entra ID Sync/Connect and integration of third-party applications using OpenID Connect, SAML, and OAuth protocols
• Experience in aligning identity solutions with security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalen
