REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.
  • Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise environment.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) on-premises servers and M365 resources.
  • Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork.
  • Work on multiple operational issues at one time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
  • Produce technical and operational documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Must have experience with MIM 2016 or FIM 2012 R2 Sync, implementation, and management of FIM/MIM identity solutions utilizing Portal.
  • 5 years minimum of progressive experience in supporting environments using Microsoft platforms with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
  • Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
  • 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience
  • Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
  • Experience with creating and leveraging PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • ITIL experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment.
  • Good understanding of change management
  • Microsoft Certified Professional certification is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Pasay City (Mall of Asia Business Complex)
