About the Role We are looking for a commercially savvy and technically proficient person to manage all aspects of Microsoft licensing across our business. Sitting within our Procurement team, this role will act as the primary owner of Microsoft licensing within CodeBlue, supporting sales, engineering, and customer success teams, while also serving as the key liaison with distributors and Microsoft. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers and internal teams are equipped with the right licensing solutions to meet their needs, remain compliant, and unlock value. Please note, this role can be based in our Auckland or Christchurch offices. Main duties include: Take ownership and manage the Microsoft licensing portfolio across CodeBlue. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft licensing programs including CSP, NCE, Azure, and other relevant offerings Advise sales and engineering teams on optimal licensing solutions for customer proposals. · Assist in solution design to ensure licensing compliance and cost-effectiveness. Conduct customer licensing audits to ensure compliance and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Stay current with Microsoft licensing changes, product updates, and program shifts. Skills & Experience Proven experience in Microsoft licensing within an MSP or IT reseller environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs including CSP, NCE, Azure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities. Experience working with Microsoft distributors and Partner Center. Familiarity with licensing for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics.
