JOB DEFINITION

The Microsoft Licensing Specialist is responsible for building and growing the licensing practice with new and existing clients across the WBM client community. You will work closely with our sales and contracts team to ensure that we have a deep understanding of our clients current and future needs and create a tailored solution that drives value for their organizations. You will help to identify existing and future opportunities to grow our Microsoft practice and ensure we are evolving with our clients and their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing, preferably in a CSP or MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models, including NCE and Azure.
• Experience supporting sales teams and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Partner Center and distributor portals is an asset.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCP, MS-900) are a plus.
