Power Automate Developer Description Gedu is hiring for a highly skilled Power Automate Developer to join our IT Systems team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and integrate enterprise systems. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Power Platform developers to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance automation solutions. If you have deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and a passion for solving business challenges through automation, this role is a perfect fit.   What We Expect from You • Design, develop, and deploy complex Power Automate workflows that automate business processes. • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Build custom connectors, advanced expressions, and workflow logic to extend Power Automate capabilities. • Integrate workflows with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Excel, and external applications through REST/SOAP APIs. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and integration-related issues. • Work closely with Power BI and Power Apps teams to deliver holistic Power Platform solutions. • Ensure best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and version control. • Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing workflows for performance, scalability, and security. • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers and team members. • Stay up to date with Power Platform enhancements, tools, and industry best practices.   What You Should Bring • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate. • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture. • Expertise in building complex flows, custom connectors, and advanced expressions. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and JSON manipulation. • Strong API integration experience with REST/SOAP services and external systems. • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of workflow optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with stakeholders across levels. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
