This is a hands-on architecture position requiring strong technical expertise in solution design, governance, automation, and integration of low-code platforms with enterprise systems. • Proven expertise as an Architect or SME designing Power Platform enterprise solutions.
  • Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and experience with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration.
  • Experience defining RBAC models, compliance frameworks, and security controls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform into secure enterprise environments.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration & DoD security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SharePoint Online, and cloud integrations.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Security, or Cloud Architecture.
  • Experience applying DevSecOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent) to low-code environments.
  • Experience with DoD cloud environments (DISA IL4/IL5, GCC High, etc.).
  • Prior DoD or federal customer support experience.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote/distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Architect & Design secure, scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages; Dataverse; integrations with M365/SharePoint/Graph API).
  • Define and implement Power Platform governance and guardrails, ensuring compliance with DoD security frameworks.
  • Lead capacity planning and performance management, ensuring Power Platform environments are optimized for scalability, resilience, and mission demand.
  • Drive projects toward automation-first delivery, enabling self-service, reducing manual processes, and implementing reusable components.
  • Embed DevSecOps practices into the Power Platform lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and continuous monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and system integrations.
  • Provide overflow support for Microsoft Exchange (mailboxes, groups, and troubleshooting).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures.
  • Lead architectural reviews and guide teams on integration patterns, RBAC, and zero-trust security principles.
  • Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge repositories to support solution transparency and sustainability.
  • Advise leadership and stakeholders with clear, diplomatic communication—balancing innovation with operational integrity.
  • Bring structure to complexity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and remain composed in ambiguity.
