Description
This is a remote position. Philippine-based Fillipino Applicants. TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED BY THE CLIENT BEFORE MOVING FORWARD TO THE FINAL INTERVIEW. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Automation Specialist to design, optimise, and maintain business process automations and integrations across our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role suits someone with strong technical foundations, an analytical mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems with minimal supervision. You’ll work across Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support integration between platforms. While not a developer role, you’ll be comfortable jumping into scripts, debugging, and making small code adjustments when needed. Ideal Candidate Profile You’re a technically capable professional who enjoys building solutions, automating manual tasks, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’re comfortable with both configuration and light coding, and can support the team by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing improvements with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities: Power Automate (Cloud): Design, optimise, and troubleshoot automation workflows for business processes. Power Platform Ecosystem: Build and maintain solutions integrating Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse. SharePoint Development: Manage site design, lists, libraries, JSON formatting, permissions, and hub-spoke configurations. Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and security group setups. Scripting & Automation: Use PowerShell and PnP scripting to automate administrative and SharePoint tasks. Data Management: Conduct data cleansing, transformation, and migration (CSV, Excel, JSON → SharePoint/Dynamics). Integration Support: Configure and troubleshoot API integrations using HTTP/custom connectors. Technical Documentation: Maintain documentation for environments, permissions, and flow configurations. Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis across Power Platform and SharePoint environments. Cross-Platform Projects: Support integrations with non-Microsoft tools such as Zapier or project management platforms (Planner, DevOps, Asana). Security & Compliance: Support governance and compliance best practices within Microsoft 365. Requirements Essential: Proven experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint. Hands-on experience with PowerShell or PnP scripting for automation and environment management. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and configurations. Basic scripting proficiency in Python and Java, ability to read, debug, and update simple scripts. Familiarity with basic API integrations and version control. Ability to document technical environments and workflows clearly. Independent problem-solver with high attention to detail and accountability. Desirable / Nice to Have: Exposure to Dynamics 365 (CRM entities, configuration, or data migration). Awareness of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365. Experience with project management tools (Planner, DevOps, Asana, or similar). Exposure to Zapier or other third-party integration platforms. Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) • Use of time tracking software during work hours • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly. We’re looking for someone who values structure, is dependable, and thrives in a role that provides consistency and clarity. If you’re seeking stability and a team that appreciates reliability, we’d love to hear from you. Benefits 1. Monthly Salary: Php 45,000 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays 4.
