Descrição do emprego We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Consultant with around 3-5 years of experience to strengthen our Microsoft team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will be involved in end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions—from requirements analysis to implementation and go-live—helping our clients achieve real business impact. We’re seeking someone with a team spirit, proactivity, and a desire to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Participate in implementation projects using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Copilot; Development of low-code/no-code solutions for clients across various sectors; Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Collaborate with functional and technical teams in national and international project contexts Support solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation Habilitações 3–5 years of experience in implementation projects with PowerPlatform and Copilot; Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI will be highly valued; Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments and solution integration; Strong functional and technical analysis skills; Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset; Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and results-driven mindset Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence are highly valued; Good level of English, both written and spoken Informações adicionais 🎁 What We Offer Challenging and innovative projects, many with an international scope Clear career growth and development opportunities Continuous training and support for Microsoft certifications A collaborative, results-driven work environment Integration into a solid, growing organization with strong focus on AI and Microsoft technologies Compensação: EUR 35000 - EUR 49000 - anual
