Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform like Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas and MDA)
  • 4+ years of experience with M365 services especially with automating and integrating Teams and Planner
  • 4+ years of experience working with large scale and multi-tenancy environment of Dynamics CRM and SQL Serve

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck or other CI/CD tools for Power Platform
  • Strong proficiency in MS Graph API, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Experience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty Software Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This role is for a senior developer to design and develop a Deal Tracking application. Candidate should be capable of working independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, and other technical staff to develop complex applications, using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics tools and solutions.This role will support development and support projects and will be responsible for application design, development, testing and deployment. In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains
  • Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications
  • Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions
  • Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements
  • Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications
  • Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements
  • Assist other individuals in advanced software development
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
