JOB DESCRIPTION:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Microsoft Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Information Management Department based in Donauwörth, Germany.
As a Microsoft Product Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms team. You will be accountable end-to-end of the Microsoft Windows infrastructures . You will be in charge of the development of the Service Catalog of our products and solutions.

YOUR BOARDING PASS:

• You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in IT or in a comparible field of studies
• You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints
• You are team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open minded and welcome feedback
• You know the ITIL framework
• You have troubleshooting skills allowing you to solve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• You have a good knowledge of
• Windows Operating Systems
• Microsoft System Center suite and especially Configuration management
• PowerShell scripting
• Appreciated : Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Dell & HP Servers, SAN & NAS storage , Zabbix Monitoring, Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNowNegotiation level in English, German and/or French language skills are a plus
