Job Function: Sales The role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven seller to drive revenue and lead customer engagements around Microsoft’s Data & AI portfolio. This role is focused on helping enterprise clients modernize their data platforms, unlock insights through analytics, and deploy AI solutions that drive business transformation. This is a client-facing, field sales role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales of Microsoft’s Data & AI solutions including:
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Power BI
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Machine Learning
  • Azure OpenAI Services
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer priorities
  • Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption
  • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation
  • Stay current on Microsoft’s evolving Data & AI offerings and industry trend

Success Criteria

  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas for Microsoft Data & AI solutions, including closing deals, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the organization.
  • Expanding the market presence of Microsoft’s Data & AI solutions, including identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market share in targeted regions.
