As a Microsoft Software Integration Lead at Avanade, you will lead the development team and provide Integration Architecture and Implementation guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .Net Platforms. You are also seen as a technology leader within the Software Engineering community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.

Skills and experiences

• You are familiar with the core Microsoft offerings and an understanding of broader Microsoft Ecosystem e.g. D365 CRM, Data & AI and Security
• You have consulting experience working with external clients
• You have client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan
• You have implementation experience across multiple industries e.g. Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services and Banking
• You have experience working with global/offshore teams on Microsoft technology implementation and maintenance projects desirable
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

About you

• Architecting large complex Integration Platform solutions using the Microsoft Stack
• Experience in Microsoft Azure, .Net Platforms, Azure DevOps, API
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

• Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
