As our Solutions Development Manager, you’ll take the reins on initiatives that harness the full Microsoft ecosystem—Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, SharePoint Online —to build scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

• Design, develop and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse)
• Architect system integrations with Azure Logic Apps
• Deliver collaborative tools via SharePoint Online and Teams
• Define and enforce Power Platform governance and security standards
• Ensure compliance with data and security policies
• Monitor performance and drive innovation
• Enhance efficiency and user experience
• Contribute to strategic projects and represent the IT team
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Build strong, solution-focused relationships with stakeholders
• Lead meetings to foster collaboration and drive outcomes
