Design and Facilitate Learning Journeys: Conduct single- and multi-day experiences across various time zones using varied instructional method presentations, whiteboarding, discussions, and hands-on labs. Drive Instructional Advancements: Leverage a mindset of continuous improvement and professional growth to drive innovation in technical skilling and collaborate with peers to scale new instructional tactics and delivery modalities which interact with the learners. Drive Program Evolution: Collaborate with global teams to shape and enhance the Azure and AI skilling programs, contributing to strategy, innovation, and learner success. Video: Support the creation of video content aimed at engaging audiences through contemporary digital outreach platforms. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies OR equivalent experience. 4+ years as a motivating communicator, able to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality through consultative teaching capabilities. Experience supporting the development of engaging video content Experience in social media influence and advocacy in technical context and ability to contribute to strategic social media initiatives that connect with target audiences across modern digital platforms Proficiency in a second language such as Portuguese, Spanish, or French Technical Training IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
