As the Commercial Skilling Delivery team for Worldwide Learning, you will be part of an organization whose mission is to inspire every person and every organization on the planet to maximize their growth through learning. You will inspire and guide a team of trainers to deliver high-impact technical training with a focus on Copilot adoption, AI design wins, security and migrations. You’ll provide insightful and actionable feedback which will continually improve the quality of training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong people management experience, building great teams and depth experience that will help you shape our program.
• Experience in Customer Facing Training OR Consultancy Organisations
• Proven experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, computer technologies experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience conducting or managing classroom training for technology products and services.
• Broad understanding of cloud computing, AI, Copilot, Security and Migrations. Leveraging that knowledge to foster and maintain trainer skills portfolios to support customer demand and strategic business outcomes.
• You should enjoy meeting people from all backgrounds and have the ability to travel to engage them (0-25%).
• Contribute to regional and global projects through ideation, leadership, and supporting change management practices to develop and launch new practices and programs to support organizational objectives.
• English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• If you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and have a Microsoft Certified Trainer qualification, then that’s a bonus. If you don’t and you’re great fit, we’ll help you get one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attract, nurture and keep top talent; understand their individual strengths and goals, and support their development.
• Lead, influence and manage a team of virtual trainers, spanning various career stages of individual contributors across the EMEA wide region
• Help the team adapt and learn; model resourcefulness and initiative to meet Microsoft Commercial Skilling Objectives
• Your team will be known for their ability to teach, turning the abstract into concrete reality, and unlocking solution outcomes in some of the world’s most innovative companies
• You’ll assist your team by observing and providing recommendations on their technical training skills, including chalk talks, demos, capstone projects, professional presentations and learner engagement approaches and techniques.
• You’ll help us by building best practices for trainer excellence using scientific and andragogical principles
• Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of building deep working relationships with key stakeholders. The ability to influence and build relationships across technical, business and sales teams across our Organisation.
• Implement clear, consistent communication strategies to ensure trainers are informed, aligned, and engaged with evolving business priorities.
• You should enjoy continually skilling yourself on the most innovative technologies relating to cloud and AI computing.
• Ideally experience working across the EMEA Region
