Job Description We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Trainer to join our team on a contracted basis. This role would suit a consultant looking for day work as required. You will be delivering high-quality Microsoft IT short courses, and if you have the background in Professional Development as well; ensuring successful learning outcomes for participants. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact in a flexible, contractor position. Your key responsibilities in this contractor role will include but are not limited to: Training Delivery and Evaluation Provide feedback on course content, participants and equipment Attend meetings with the sales people as required Liaise with clients as required to determine training needs and logistics for on site delivery. Qualifications Preferred qualifications are primarily in IT. However, if you're looking to deliver courses in organisational development, commerce, business, or human resources, relevant background and experience in those areas will also be required. Extensive, ongoing professional development in IT management and training, and if required organizational development. Proven knowledge and experience delivering training and development services in a commercial setting.
