Description
Microsoft Vendor Manager Focus Group | Up to £50,000 | UK Remote (Shoreham-by-Sea preferred) The Opportunity We're looking for a Microsoft Vendor Manager to own and maximise our Microsoft partnership — driving revenue, unlocking funding, and making sure Focus Group gets the absolute most from the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll be the bridge between Focus Group, Microsoft, and TD Synnex, sitting at the heart of our IT and Cyber divisions. From managing CSP compliance and co-sell pipelines to claiming every penny of available funding, this role has real commercial impact. What You'll Be Doing Partnership & Compliance — Maintaining our CSP programme compliance, tracking Solutions Partner status across all solution areas, and driving towards Advanced Specialisations that matter to the business. Funding & Incentives — Managing the full lifecycle of Co-op funding claims and TD Synnex MDF programmes. You'll build annual funding plans, track every claim meticulously, and report to leadership on what's been secured and what's still on the table. Co-Selling & Deal Management — Working hand-in-hand with Microsoft's Partner Sales Specialists to identify and progress co-sell opportunities. You'll connect our sales teams with the right Microsoft resources and keep the pipeline moving. Sales Enablement — Bringing Microsoft's latest tech, products, and solutions to our teams through training, demos, and enablement materials. You'll coordinate access to Microsoft's technical specialists and facilitate certification pathways for our people. Strategic Planning — Producing partnership performance reports, running quarterly business reviews with Microsoft, and providing strategic recommendations on where to invest next. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing Microsoft partner relationships, ideally within an MSP/CSP environment Strong understanding of the CSP programme, Solutions Partner designations, and Advanced Specialisations Hands-on experience with Microsoft funding programmes (Co-op, MDF) and incentive structures Commercial acumen — comfortable with budgets, pipeline management, margin structures, and rebates Excellent relationship management skills, equally effective with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners A clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for sales audiences and deliver engaging training Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep meticulous records Nice to have: Microsoft certifications, familiarity with competitive vendor programmes (AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco), or experience with PSA systems like HaloPSA, Autotask, or ConnectWise. Why Focus Group? We're one of the UK's fastest-growing technology companies, delivering IT, connectivity, and cyber security solutions to businesses nationwide. This role gives you real ownership of a critical vendor relationship with genuine scope to shape strategy and drive growth. Location: We're flexible on UK remote working, though there's a strong preference for candidates who can be based at or regularly visit our Shoreham-by-Sea office.
