We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft365 Senior Consultant to join our dynamic IT consulting company. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on security. QUALIFICATIONS

• Information Technology related education, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft365 and security.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 security features, including but not limited to, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust architecture, and Security Score.
• Familiarity with compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview.
• Strong understanding of general cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft365 security solutions for diverse clients.
  Fluency in Norwegian is a prerequisite due to client requirements.

IT’S ALSO NICE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
