Position Overview We are currently hiring experienced MicroStrategy Developers for positions with multiple clients across the U.S. If you're passionate about data analytics and business intelligence, this is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, leveraging your MicroStrategy expertise to drive data-informed decision-making across leading organizations. Minimum of 10 years of MicroStrategy development experience, including reports (standard, FF, prompted), dashboards, dossiers, and documents Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy 2021+ or 2024.x, with working knowledge of: Dossiers with visualizations and layout modes MicroStrategy Workstation for metadata management and object promotion MicroStrategy Library customization and user management Strong experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) – moderate to expert level, including tuning queries Demonstrated experience creating schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies, transformations) and application objects (metrics, filters, prompts) Strong understanding of security filters, object-level security, and access control lists (ACLs) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams Availability to work in EST or CST U.S. time zones Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MicroStrategy Administration, including object migration, user provisioning, and project configuration Familiarity with MicroStrategy REST APIs and embedding capabilities for integrating analytics into portals or web applications Experience with Data Modeling using star and snowflake schemas Experience with Data Partitioning for large-scale datasets Skilled in performance tuning of reports, dashboards, and SQL queries Knowledge of automation scripts for deployment and governance (e.g., Command Manager, Integrity Manager) Understanding of data warehouse architectures and ETL processes Exposure to cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
