Job Description Key Responsibilities Define MicroStrategy BI architecture and standards Design and govern enterprise semantic layers Lead large-scale MicroStrategy implementations and upgrades Establish BI development best practices and governance Resolve complex performance and scalability issues Drive self-service analytics adoption Mentor BI developers and technical leads Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders Coordinate with data architecture and platform teams Must-Have Skills Deep expertise in MicroStrategy platform and architecture Strong data modeling and SQL skills Proven experience with enterprise BI implementations Excellent communication and leadership skills Good-to-Have Skills Experience integrating MicroStrategy with cloud data platforms Knowledge of BI governance and security models Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) Metadata management and lineage awareness Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years Qualifications Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer Science Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience: 8–10+ years Role Level: Expert / Lead Role Focus: Architecture, Governance & BI Strategy The Expert / Lead MicroStrategy Consultant owns the BI architecture, standards, and reporting strategy for MicroStrategy platforms.
