Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. We are seeking a Microwave Technician for our second shift manufacturing team. Key Roles and Responsibilities include: Fabricating and/or modifying complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines or using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine Must be able to perform substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors, soldering skills and eutectic die attach Must be able to work with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules/housings) Must be able to work with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED and 1 years work experience or equivalent experience Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Active security clearance Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Responsibilities

The Microwave Technician will fabricate and modify complex micro-integrated circuit modules and microwave/RF integrated circuit modules. This includes working with various bonding machines and performing substrate attachment using different materials.
