What would you do? Engage in the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend components for our applications, managing features from concept to deployment. Actively contribute to optimizing the performance and scalability of our existing services. Design and implement new functionalities while significantly enhancing existing ones with minimal supervision. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute practical suggestions to continually refine our development processes and practices. Lead product definitions for assigned features and effectively communicate technical findings and trade-offs to the team. Assist in monitoring the status of our operation's core services. 🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in application development using one or more of the following languages: Python, Node.js, Java, or C# (Must). Database Mastery: Proven experience and proficiency working with Relational Databases (SQL), including query optimization and schema design. Engineering Principles: Strong command of software design patterns, clean code practices, unit/integration testing, and SOLID principles. Practical experience working within Microservice Architecture environments. Proven experience with Event-Driven Architecture, including working knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka. 🚀 Your SuperPowers Demonstrated ability to independently undertake and deliver complex development tasks with a high level of quality. Proven capability to autonomously diagnose and solve day-to-day technical challenges. Skilled in adapting communication style and language when discussing technical and non-technical topics.
