The ideal candidate will be hands-on with data integration and transformation, and will ideally bring some exposure to modern tools such as Matillion and/or SnapLogic. This role suits someone with a few years of experience who wants to grow into more senior responsibilities. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows, primarily using SQL and Snowflake. Assist in building and optimizing data models to support analytics and reporting needs. Ingest and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Support data quality, governance, and security practices across data processes. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver business-ready datasets. Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Gain hands-on experience with tools such as Matillion and SnapLogic under senior guidance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, with strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Snowflake. Understanding of ETL/ELT principles and experience building data pipelines. Basic knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization. Some experience with data integration tools (Matillion, SnapLogic, or similar is a plus). Familiarity with working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to Matillion or SnapLogic in production or training projects. Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar) for automation. Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based data services.
