Description
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Software Testing within Banking or FinTech environments. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual testing (functional, regression, and UAT support). Design and maintain test cases and test data according to project requirements. Perform test automation (UI, API, end-to-end) using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Postman. Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Identify, log, and track defects through defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM). Support test planning and reporting to ensure alignment with QA standards. Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure proper test coverage. Technical Skills & Tools: Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, UAT Support) Test Automation (Selenium, Appium, Postman, etc.) Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) Service Virtualization knowledge (preferred) Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies Domain Expertise (Preferred): Mobile Applications (iOS & Android) Merchant / Business Portals Core Banking (T24 – Temenos) ERP / CRM Systems Card Management Systems Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications: ISTQB Foundation, Agile Testing, or equivalent (preferred).
