What you'll do: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dashboards and KPIs creation, leveraging your knowledge of SQL Analyze data to identify the best approach for building dashboards and defining relevant KPIs Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data — not just report what happened, but explain why it happened and what actions should follow Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate analysis and insights Go beyond descriptive analytics to provide actionable recommendations that drive decision-making Challenge assumptions and bring a critical, investigative mindset to every analysis Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization What you'll need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field Experience in analytics, with a focus on dashboard creation and KPI development Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or others Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear business narratives and strategic recommendations Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
