We are looking for a mid-level developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure services to design and implement an AI-powered virtual assistant for ITSM analytics. This role will focus on enabling users to query, analyze, and generate reports from ITSM data through natural language interfaces and automation.
You will work closely with product owners and business analysts to bring intelligent, self-service analytics to life, supporting our broader ITSM solutions for enterprise clients.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 2–4 years of hands-on development using:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps / Power Platform
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)
· Experience with Dataverse or Azure SQL Database for data storage.
· Strong understanding of REST APIs, data ingestion, and transformation.
· Ability to work with CSV/Excel data parsing and normalization.
· Basic to intermediate Power BI skills (dashboards, DAX, dataflows).
· Familiarity with Azure services (AI/ML, Logic Apps, OpenAI integration).
· Proficient in building reusable, modular workflows and connectors.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-900, or equivalent) are advantageous.

· Design and implement an AI Copilot Agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Create Power Automate flows to handle:
- ITSM data ingestion (via connectors or file uploads).
- Reporting workflows and email delivery.
· Integrate with external data sources (e.g. HaloITSM, ServiceNow) using connectors and REST APIs.
· Store, clean, and structure data using Dataverse or Azure SQL.
· Collaborate with AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI or Power BI AutoML) for insights, trends, and predictions.
· Build and manage templates for automated report generation (PDF, Excel, etc.).
· Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and security best practices.
