This role sits within our Digital and Data Transformation group, which drives digital transformation that helps us to optimise digital experiences, enable commercial growth, ensure stable operations and support service delivery.
Your role will be to help us maintain and develop audience-led digital products for a range of purposes from digital fundraising and campaigning to engaging with young people online.
We are currently looking for a passionate web developer to join our dynamic Digital Innovation team, to play a key role in delivering our ambitious digital goals and take responsibility for the coding and innovative design of our website and digital products

In this pivotal role you will develop audience-led digital products for a range of purposes from digital fundraising and campaigning to engaging with young people online. We will look to you to develop high profile and quality digital products and services, and to work with internal and external stakeholders to agree and deliver them.
You can expect to work on a wide range of diverse and interesting projects that include: optimisation of our main TCS website and Give Hope website, A/B testing and improving our donation journeys, our wellbeing tool for young people, innovation projects involvement, API integration, integration with Dynamics and services.
This is an exciting time to join The Children’s Society as we’re testing new ideas and gearing up for increased and different fundraising opportunities to achieve our growth plan. We’ll support you with tailored personal development plans to strengthen your skills and experience. So, if you’re as ambitious as we are, you can enjoy a great career development opportunity with us and together we can change the lives of more vulnerable children.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
