REQUIREMENTS:

✔ 3-5 years of UAE experience in fit-out/construction estimation (mandatory).
✔ Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
✔ Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, Planswift) and MS Excel.
✔ Ability to read and interpret architectural/ID drawings and specifications.
✔ Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

JOB PURPOSE:

To prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for fit-out projects while supporting senior estimators and commercial teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:ESTIMATION & TENDERING:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare detailed material, labor, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and competitive tender submissions.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to clarify technical queries.
