The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a motivated Information Technology (IT) Business Partner to help with IT Process analysis and Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Engineering organizations to drive requirements, identify solutions, and develop standards that enhance our operational efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
  • 3+ years of experience in Process Development
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience interacting with executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in an aerospace domain
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to gather requirements, identify innovative solutions, and establish best practices
  • Develop processes and documentation to support engineering initiatives and drive adoption within the engineering community
  • Utilize your technical experience in networking, infrastructure, and software development to inform process improvements
  • Lead process development efforts and manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Foster strong interpersonal relationships to bring teams together and facilitate collaboration
