We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mediablanket Ltd - one of the foremost FinTechs in the UK. The Role:

  • Collaborate with a friendly, experienced team in a supportive, agile environment.
  • Work on a mix of SaaS products and custom-built applications.
  • Take ownership of smaller-scale bespoke projects, from planning through to deployment, with guidance from the CTO.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to both backend and frontend development.
  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and ongoing product improvement discussions.
  • Learn from senior developers while gradually stepping into a mid-level position with increasing responsibility.

Tech Stack / Skills Needed:

  • Around 2 years’ commercial experience in a software development role.
  • Solid backend development skills using PHP, ideally with Laravel framework experience.
  • Frontend skills with either Vue.js or React.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Must be able to work from the MANCHESTER office 3 days per week
