Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-level Manufacturing Operations Analysts – Compliance (Level 3) to support the Wings or Final Assembly Compliance team onsite in Renton, Washington. This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Your hiring manager will share your schedule when you start.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • 1+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits
  • 1+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
Responsibilities
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria on the shop floor
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Provides feedback on assessment results
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Works under general direction
  • Advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
