Job Title: Jr. / Mid-Level MEP Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in MEP field, primarily in plumbing for commercial projects.
• Note: HVAC, civil construction, maintenance, and consulting experience (unless in pools & fountains) will not be considered.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills – written & spoken (Non-negotiable).
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and team spirit.
• Bonus: Experience with MEP construction or design in swimming pools, fountains, firefighting, booster pump systems, feed pump systems, pumping stations, sewerage, etc.

Experience:

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to support our Project Manager in handling various construction projects. This role focuses on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. The successful candidate will be actively involved in daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and technical documentation, while gaining valuable technical and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and managing MEP works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and participate in site inspections.
• Support in preparing technical documentation and progress reports.
• Gain exposure to project management under senior guidance.
