Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Mid-Level Office Administrator to join our C-17 team in San Antonio, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of experience supporting senior executive

  • s3+ years of experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense report
  • s3+ years of experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for higher level managemen
  • t3+ years of experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoin
  • tHigh School Graduate or equivalent (GED
  • )

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of experience with data analytic

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler logistics, generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit card
