We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist that is responsible for managing the customers onboarding process and ensuring the customer is fully onboarded in a timely manner. Also, of being the SPOC and all aspects of the onboarding process that include, setting up the account properly to meet requirements, training the customer, ensuring that all requirements from other team members are completed in a timely manner and are completed to meet the customer needs, documenting the customer SOPs and ensuring that the customer is fully engaged prior to moving the out of onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • B. or A. degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience with HR standard software, such as IRIS and MS Office.
  • Experience with ATS and resume databases.
  • Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Previous experience as Project Manager
  • Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage onboarding to be completed with the required goals
  • Know and complete each milestone.
  • Understand the onboarding process and ensure it is followed
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the app and stay up to date with any changes made or features added.
  • Provide solutions to the customer’s needs and workflow based on how our application works.
  • Understand and stay up to date with the logistics and standard shipping processes to be able to consult the customer through best practices
  • Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to ensure a successful onboarding.
  • Work with the manager to keep the processes up to date.
  • Ensure all departments are going to meet the deadlines to meet the customer’s onboarding goal.
  • Set proper customer expectations and communicate updates to the customers in in a timely manner.
  • Properly set up each customer’s account, understand each customer’s workflow and ensure the application is working as intended prior to releasing it to them.
  • Submit any issues the customers are experiencing and manage the issues, so they are fixed in a timely manner for the customer.
  • Communicate to the manager and any stake holder of any potential issues on an account.
  • Keep the system updated with all required information to ensure anyone can understand what is going on or what happened with onboarding.
  • Document customer SOPs and metrics required
  • Act as the key person between customers, CS, developers, and vendors for any issues that may require assistance and coordination for onboarding.
  • Back up support when support needs help.
  • Other tasks given by the company related to product management and other
    duties.
