Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to support the Vertical Lift team in Mesa, AZ.
The Procurement Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing post-award activities by collecting and analyzing data related to supplier delivery performance and Line of Balance assessments. This position involves monitoring supplier compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency. The analyst is responsible for developing customized analytical tracking methods that provide deeper insights into supplier performance and supporting production demands. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement objectives and to address any issues that may arise.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience researching and analyzing data
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
  • Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1+ year of experience with Power BI Reporting
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro
Responsibilities

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
